Simply call us through WhatsApp or phone, or fill out and submit the online form on our website, and send our case. We offer free local pickup and accept cases by mail or courier. If you would like to send digital scans, follow the steps on this page.
We accept STL, PLY, and OBJ files from all major intraoral scanners. Files can be submitted via WhatsApp, email or through secure file transfer.
Yes, our technicians are available during business hours Monday – Saturaday 8 AM – 5 PM PST to speak about your case!
Yes. We offer up to 1 year warranty on final fixed restorations and up to 6 months on removable appliances. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship only. See our lab slip for full terms.
Yes. We offer detailed shade matching and surface characterization based on your instructions. Photos and specific notes on the lab slip are highly encouraged to ensure optimal esthetic results.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, IBFT Transfer, Raast and Mobile Wallets. Statements are issued monthly, with payment terms set at 30 days. A 2% service fee applies to late payments.
We work with high-quality materials such as zirconia, titanium, Valplast®, Lucitone 199, and precious alloys. All materials are biocompatible and sourced from trusted industry suppliers. If you have specific material preferences or brands you’d like us to use that we don’t currently carry, simply note it on your lab slip or give us a call—we’re happy to special order those materials for you.
Yes. For local practices and the neighboring areas, we offer same-day repairs and relines if the case is received before 10:30 AM. Contact our us to pre-schedule.
